I started in real estate in the mid 1990's where several members of my family were the industry. While attending San Diego State University I became interested in Business Management and Economics while completing several real estate courses (principals, law, ethics). I also love aviation and earned my multi-engine commercial pilots license while in school. After college, I moved back to Orange County in 2001 and immediately passed the California Real Estate Sales test becoming a licensed agent. From 2002 through the mortgage crash in 2007, I was a senior loan officer, Realtor and real estate office manager with several real estate and law firms. In 2008 I managed a team of negotiators and attorneys and successfully negotiated over 800 loan modifications and short sales. I was the senior supervisory agent for every short sale transaction our firm represented with a 100% success rate through 2011. <br /><br />Our firm also represents several real estate investors with foreclosure and distressed purchased. I have represented these investors and companies in over 130+ completed real estate transaction since 2010 from everything from purchasing at the court house steps, to evictions, property management, rehab and eventually listing and selling those properties. Our exclusive listings include those in prestigious guard gated areas like Coto de Caza, Dove Canyon, Crystal Cove, Turtle Ridge, Lemon Heights, Shady Canyon, Covenant Hills, Canyon Crest and many others. <br /><br />In 2012 I followed up with my education and passed the California Real Estate Brokers exam becoming a professional licensed broker. <br /><br />On a personal note- my wife and I met at SDSU and have now been married for 10 years.
