Abstract:
The invention pertains to a method of analyzing an organization's personnel and material resource data in order to provide organizational managers decision options in order maximize an organization's ability to perform its designated mission. The method is also contemplated to be able to be incorporated into a computer language such that decision options can be provided to managers in a real-time basis. Analysis of an organization is reduced to the organization's readiness and preparedness to perform designated tasks based on standardized capabilities. The analysis is capable of providing advice through all hierarchical levels within an organization. The analysis is also capable of determining changes to the readiness and preparedness components in order to improve the metrics.
