Donna Coles has thirty-plus years of experience in developing and implementing organization-development projects, skills-building training programs, and coaching (executive, career, and team). Donna earned her master degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dayton, has maintained a psychotherapy private practice, and served on the faculties of the University of Dayton and Sinclair Community College. As a faculty member she taught courses in workgroup dynamics, organizational and industrial psychology, and human development. Donna uses her solid psychology background -- including knowledge in behavioral science and facilitation skills -- to assist organizations with improving facets of the business that are essential to the company’s operations. Donna follows best practices in areas like organizational development; adult learning and transfer of learning; and individual, group, and organizational assessment.
