About:
Up Close and Personal with Donna Lynne Mason. . .

"Success is doing ordinary things extraordinarily well!"

Donna Mason was born and raised in Lumberton, North Carolina. As a biology major at the University of North Carolina Pembroke, she relocated to South West Florida where she earned an AS in Cardiopulmonary Care from Edison State College Fort Myers.

“I absolutely adore the water and being on the water. Growing up on the coast of North Carolina only allowed me a few months out of the year to enjoy the warm weather and the water sports. Living here in SWFL allows me to enjoy this year round.” It’s no surprise then that some of Donna’s personal recommendations are a visit to “the beautiful Southwest Florida beaches, evening sunsets, and boat rides to some of the most gorgeous islands that most people don’t know exist.”

Real estate appealed to Donna’s affinity for sharing her experience. “I really enjoy socializing with people and meeting the task of finding them exactly what they want. I also enjoy assisting sellers with their relocation needs.” She obtained her real estate license in 1998 and her broker’s license in 2005. She has been ranked in the top 1% of Lee County for volume sold, and received the “5 Star Best in Client Satisfaction” award from Gulfshore Magazine for seven consecutive years.

Donna has just obtained her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) credentials this year. Out of a million+ REALTORS®, less than 3% are Certified Residential Specialists. Don’t be Average. In this market, average isn’t enough. Compared to the average REALTOR®, Certified Residential Specialists are statistically three times more successful. Annually, CRS agents earn nearly three times more income, have more than three times the transactions, and three times higher annual gross sales. That’s a lot of “times three,” but more importantly, that’s a lot of success.

Of her decision to join Amerivest Realty she says, “I found that Amerivest Realty met my needs as an Associate with their focus on client care and technology. In addition, I believe that the ethics I portray are also instilled in each and every Realtor® here at Amerivest Realty.”

Donna’s daughter Kristin Nichole Mason, 24, graduated from Southwest Florida Christian Academy and is the first woman to earn an athletic scholarship in volleyball. She is currently working as the Administrative Assistant to The Donna Mason Team. Donna’s son Austin Daniel Mason, 19, is a high school senior in Lee County. The littlest members of the family are sibling Shih-Tzus Mugsy, Bella, and Brody the family dogs.

Among Donna’s favorite pastimes are spending time with her family, rooting for the Miami Dolphins, University of North Carolina Tarheels, and NASCAR racing in the person of Jeff Gordon.
