Dr. Massry was born in Los Angeles, California. She received her undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. She went on to receive her medical education and internship training at the University of California, San Diego. Subsequently, she completed her Dermologic residency training at the University of Southern California and Los Angeles County Medical Centers.
