I was first licensed in California in 1979. My career began in the residential sector but quickly moved to a commercial focus. From 1987 to 1994 I was owner/broker of a commercial specialty leasing firm handling "turn-key" services for professional commercial clients. From there I spent 6 years negotiating major leasing contracts with regional shopping mall developers. In 2005 I became licensed in Nevada and began marketing commercial properties to a variety of retail, office and industrial clients acting as the commercial manager of my office. <br /><br />Over the few years I have added residential business to my portfolio of services and have discovered that I really enjoy residential sales as well. My son has now joined me and together we make an exceptional team, ready to assist you in your real estate needs. <br /><br />I have served on the Charities Committee for GLVAR and serve the community, working with the Teen Mom 2 Mom program at my church, Central Christian. <br /><br />Real estate is my passion. I love the industry, striving to learn new ideas and concepts to stay on top of my game.
