<p>My name is Diane Smith and I began my career in New York City while attending Brooklyn College where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology. I began my graduate studies at CCNY but after moving to Philadelphia in 1970, I transferred to Temple University. There I completed my certification as a school psychologist and then went on to work for the Philadelphia School System for 30 years.</p><br/><br/><p>In 2004, I retired from psychology and joined my son, Glenn Randall, who had recently opened a title insurance company serving PA and NJ. From the very start I found the work fascinating, challenging and a compelling change from psychology. Inevitably, I became licensed in real estate, mortgage and title as well as a notary public.</p><br/><br/><p>After six years in these fields, I developed a comprehensive and intimate knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market. And now I enjoy my new career of finding and selling homes and arranging financing at serious savings to my clients.</p>
