My background is in mortgage lending, retail banking and loan servicing and over that last 20+ years I have developed strong relationships with business partners that work well with my goals, their goals and my clients needs. I have a background in homebuyer education and counseling along with community involvement in a local non-profit for neighborhood revitalization. <br /><br />I love working with buyers and sellers and bringing those deals together for a common purpose ~ homeownership. Negotiation requires a level head and a problem solving attitude and I have just the knack for that. <br /><br />Real estate has always been a great passion as looking at homes even as a young girl fascinated me.
