I am a therapist trained in research based cognitive-behavioral strategies-- like deep muscle relaxation, stress management, guided imagery, thought challenging, meditation-- to manage thoughts, mood, and behavior. I work with teens, adults, and couples. Because of my specialized expertise in the evaluation and management of chronic disease, pain, and fatigue I work with aging adults, their treatment providers, and family members to provider support and solutions during periods of crisis.
