Mixed media painting and collage, cycling, yoga, meditation; Afro-Brazilian and Flamenco dance performance, middle-eastern cooking, gardening, guitar, percussion. Ten years as piano accompanist for community theatre. Animal-assisted therapy - with my Shetland Sheepdogs, Oscar and Milo.
