I retired from the US Air Force with a Masters Degree in Business and I wore the rank of Chief Master Sgt which is only awarded to the top 1% of Air Force members. After retirement from the military I decided to break away from the traditional post-military career track which was obtaining the federal government position as a Civil Service Employee or DoD Contractor. However, I still wanted to serve my fellow citizens in another capacity. I realized after moving around the world and buying over 7-homes during a 26-year career that most real estates firms were ill-equipt to serve military member. I became a student of discipline by becoming a REO (foreclosure expert), short sale guru and acquiring pre-existing home and new contruction savvy. I found my niche market and a new passion for life quickly by exceeding the expectations of my clients. I can't tell you how gradifying it is to know you located that special home for a buyer and in the process saved them thousands of dollars. In addition, it's paramount a buyer's interest is protected throughout the whole sales process. My referrals have me covered up and I was the #2 sales in Florida in 2008 out of 185 Exit Realty brokerage firm. In addition, I have become a commercial RE specialist.
