Denise grew up in the Newbury area and settled in Ipswich with her husband in 1993. She is the mother of three boys who attend the Ipswich School System. Denise graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Retail Management and Sales. A 15 year career in retail sales required her to manage multimillion dollar retail businesses, at times training and managing thirty or more employees. <br /><br />During Denise’s 20+ years at her current residence she designed, planned and GC’d three major renovation projects turning her 960 sq.ft. Ranch into a 3,400 sq.ft. Colonial. Having been asked for design ideas by many of her friends, relatives and neighbors, Denise’s passion for Real Estate was born. <br /><br /> Denise has been with Windhill Realty since the spring of 2010 and has consistently ranked among the top producing agents in her office as well as locally. Denise is frequently trusted by her Broker to mentor new Windhill agents. Acting as teacher and role model, Denise prides herself on exemplifying Windhill’s integrity and ‘Team Work’ driven philosophy. Denise strives to approach each RE transaction with professionalism, loyalty and honesty in hopes of creating life long client relationships. <br /><br />Denise's commitment to her community motivates her to advocate for Ipswich’s Birth To Three Center, a nonprofit organization that provides support and early education opportunities for local families with young children. Additionally, Denise has been involved in Ipswich School related fund raising activities as Lead Chairperson, volunteering as a Cub Scout Den Mother and working to help the Ipswich Humane Group and the Service Dog Project. Growing up amongst the equine community, she has always had a genuine love for all creatures, great and small.
