Philosophy:
Most patients come to me for psychotherapy . I will prescribe medications if I feel that it is necessary. At times I recommend lifestyle changes, meditation, yoga, exercise in addition to traditional care. My practice is quite full so potential patients are best served if flexible in their schedules and able to come in during the daytime.
