I have been a realtor for 3 years now, after having been a social worker for more than 20 years. Social work taught me the importance of "beginning where the client is" and gave me the opportunity to hone my communication and negotiation skills. Having begun my real estate career in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I learned how to help my clients successfully buy and sell real estate in a difficult, declining market. Realizing that more and more consumers were beginning their real estate journey on the internet, I successfully completed my E-Pro certification in 2006. That year, I also was certified as a "relocation specialist" by Cartus, the country's largest corporate relocation company. <br /> <br />I derive a great deal of joy from helping my clients reach their goal, whether that be selling their home, buying their first home, trading up to a larger home, or relocating to a new community. I strive to make the process as stress-free as possible, and believe my job has been well done if, at the closing table, everyone involved feels like a winner!
