Philosophy:
As a psychotherapist, I approach treatment from a client-centered model. It is an honor for me to hold your sacred trust and to share in your journey and story. I specialize in working with women's and children's issues, including trauma, sexual issues, and children's behavioral concerns. When working with children, I incorporate art, story, sand tray, and play therapies to facilitate processing, while working closely with caregivers to create and reinforce structures to support changes at home.
