I began my real estate career in San Diego, California, achieving over a $1 million in sales my first year in early '80's (average sales price $70,000). I moved to New Jersey in 1985 and started my own construction company along with purchasing investment/flip/rental properties. I also carried a NJ real estate license. Our family was relocated to Pittsburgh in 1992, once settled I began selling real estate with the Howard Hanna Cranberry office. I have been a top producer (ranked in the top 5% for over 15 years). I have also been ranked in the top 1% of all real estate agents in the Greater Pittsburgh area. <br /> <br />I have lived all over the world as an 'Air Force Brat', including Japan, Italy, and numerous locations throughout the US. I travel worldwide both for pleasure and business which allows me to be well acquainted with real estate on many different levels. In addition, I have traveled on all of the Howard Hanna 'Best of the Best' trips since I began my time with Howard Hanna Real Estate. <br /> <br />I enjoy working with individuals and families from purchasing their very first home all the way to finding a perfect 'dream home'. Having been involved in the design and construction of (4) of my personal homes, I have a very strong knowledge of the planning and construction of new homes. <br /> <br />On a personal level, I live on a 48 ac farm which our family purchased 7 years ago as raw land. We completed our dream home 3 years ago which includes a stable, hay barn, and personal residence. I enjoy horseback riding, hiking, kayaking, exploring, 'excellent adventures with friends', and relaxing at the farm. I travel to Guatemala once a year with 'Faith in Practice' as a part of a surgical team of doctors, nurses and support staff to perform surgeries for needy families. <br /> <br />It is my earnest desire to assist each client in accomplishing their goals of purchasing or selling a home in a seamless and pleasant transaction. With that in mind, I seek to give my best to each of my clients.
