Well , lets see .. I am part of three generations of REALTORS . I founded a non -profit, 501 (c)(3) , called the Hope Home Foundation . I saw a need to help workforce familes acheive the American Dream of Homeownership . I found downpayment assistance programs, grants , education and counseling to help these familes improve their quality of life . <br/>In the last four years I have helped with Employer assisted housing programs across the nation . We help employers with recruitment and retention benefits through our program. Much like a 401k or health plan , we bring housing needs to the benefits program at no charge to the employer. We provide education, counseling , downpayment assistence, foreclosure prevention and short sale workshops as well. The employer can use this to create loyaty or to attract the best and brightest to their workplace. It also reduces commute times , improving the carbon footprint by reduced emissions. Also , raises the tax base and spurs economic growth in revitalization zones. Im very excited this year as we move forward to help more familes and in turn improve our community . <br/>So .. thats whatI do . I help people and I am an advocate for community and family and quality of life. <br/>I currently sit on the National Association of RealtorsHousing Opportunities Committe and Communications and Public Relations Committee. I am the 2011 Chair of the Nevada Association of Realtors Communications and Public Relations committee. <br/>I am one of two master instructors for NAR's Employer Assisted Housing Programs' 4hr course to teach realtors how to implement this program in their cities. <br/>I am a mother of two beautiful daughters and the grandmother of two grandsons . I call Hawaii home and I live on the 9th island Las Vegas ! I have been in Vegas for 17 years andI know the city well .
