I work with a Therapeutic Riding Program called The Right Step in Littleton, Co. It's a program for people with special needs to gain confidence, balance and trust in themselves, the horses and other people. We give weekly lessons and watching the amazing results. One of my passions has been to help with collecting of apples and carrots from major grocery stores that have been pulled off the shelf for human consumption due to bruising or out of date. My goal would be to organize the collection of discarded foods that could be feed to animals. There are many shelters and rescue centers that would truly benefit from such a program. If you can help with my dream let's talk! I also am big on recycling and going green. I'd like to see a program where office building around the world start a major recycling program that employees would want to participate and take pride in. Any one with ideas maybe together we can start something really worthwhile. I have an ebay store "Dawn's Retro Clothing' where I have my collection of vintage clothes, hats, gloves, coats..... It's a fun place where I like to think that maybe some of the great pieces I've collected through the years wil be reintroduced to the world again.
