Philosophy:

As a therapist I am very interested in helping you find how to heal from what is causing you problems and to help you look for your strengths that will enable you to grow and meet you goals. I primarily use a Rational Behavioral model to therapy. I am also a Christian Counselor so I am happy to include spirituality in your therapy because I believe total healing needs to include mind, body and spirit. I am also trained to provide PTSD treatment for veterans and others that suffer from trauma.
