David Palacio was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. David graduated from Eafit College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. After a few years working in the field, David decided that he wanted to venture into bigger and better things and made the move to the United States in 1999. David moved to New York City where the fast-paced lifestyle introduced him to the Real Estate business. David was given an opportunity to move to Miami, FL a few years later and made the move to the Sunshine State. David continued his career in the Real Estate field working as a title processor for a law firm in Miami, FL. He handled closings for residential and commercial properties which opened the door to many contacts in the Real Estate field. Working in the Real Estate field lead David to obtain his Real Estate license and he become a Real Estate Agent in 2011.
