Philosophy:

The knee is a special joint requring specialized care. Older patients with arthritis benefit from visosupplementation injected under ultrasound guidance into the knee joint. In most cases this eliminates the need for surgery and knee replacememnts.Also, arthroscopic surgery can be done to clean out a knee, repair torn cartilege, and prevent further damage.
