We have achieved many goals as a real estate team including building our brand to a high familiarity, reaching the #1 position for sales in the Kingman Golden Valley Association of Realtors in 2011 and 2012 and closing 188 transaction in 2012. We have also increased our market exposure to great levels which has helped us move our inventory in record time frames.<br /><br />We have had the pleasure to experience all types of Real Estate Sales. We have 2 full time agents that spend their time working with buyers, doing showings and research. Our buyers agents have flexible schedules allowing us to meet all of our clients needs and help them find the property of their dreams in a timely manner.<br />We also have a listing agent that has had the opportunity to work with a substantial amount of REO properties during the distressed time our economy has seen, as well as Short Sales. Our listing agent has also had the experience of working with local contractors to move new construction inventory with a high rate of success. What our listing agent values most of all are the listings we have been able to market and close for our private sellers, including home owners, investors and relocation companies.<br />We have also listed and sold many vacant land properties across the county and have sold commercial properties occasionally as well. Due to the lower number of commercial sales in the Kingman area this is not our main focus, however, we do have the experience and knowledge needed to complete these transaction as well.
