David moved to Simi Valley in 2000 and continued his contracting business in the Southern California Area which grew to 2 million plus annual sales. During that time David worked on the investment side of real estate with rental properties. David has enjoyed the satisfaction that comes from turning client's dreams into a reality in improving their homes and now enjoys the satisfaction of finding his clients their dream home.
