My strengths include working with couples to heal, rekindle and recommit their relationships. I utilize proven brief therapy approaches to introduce thinking and interacting concepts, styles, and skills to help bring back the joy that the relationship had during earlier times. I also have strong expertise in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, and low self esteem, helping them achieve substantially better control of their moods.
