He has been a resident of Provincetown since 1974, and with over 30 years at Atlantic Bay Sotheby's International Realty, he is one of the most experienced and accomplished Brokers on the Outer Cape and a top producer in the region.<br /><br />During his years in Provincetown, he has served on many community boards including the Board of Selectman, Boards of Assessors, Planning, and Health, the Local Comprehensive Plan Committee, the Community Preservation Committee (Chairman) and presently he serves as the Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /><br />He also has a background as a contractor, and has been involved in the renovation and development of several properties.
