I have been a licensed Realtor since 1997. Before entering real estate I came out of the retail field working for JCPenney Dept. Store for 15 years. With that I bring to the real estate field experience in customer service, handling objections and general sales knowledge.<br/><br/>In 2005 I received my associate brokers license after completing 260 hours of class room training and passing the Pennsylvania Brokers exam. I also received my GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) Designation. The GRI designation is granted through state associations whose institute course of study meets the high standards established by the National Association of Realtors and is available only to members of the NAR. I completed a rigorous program of course work covering various areas of real estate which includes work in listing strategies, advance sales techniques, real estate law, finance, taxation, construction and technology in today's real estate world.<br/><br/>Also in 2005 I was awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.<br/><br/>Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Only 5% of realtors nationwide have earned the credential.<br/><br/>I am currently the 2007 President of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. 2005-2007 Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Multi-Million Dollar Producer.<br/><br/>I am a 1986 Graduate of Laurel Highlands High School and 1990 Graduate from the West Virginia Career College in Morgantown WV with and Associate Degree in Business Administration.
