Philosophy:
As an academic geriatrician I have learnt how to prepare the baby boomers and their families to live a long and independent life. I prefer taking care of couples. In addition to identifying, managing and screening for the common illnesses afflicting us I also focus on the10 steps to live long and well, including having more passion, peace, love, self love, laughter, faith, a better diet, more exercise and more education about health and illness so that you can be an involved decision maker.
