Abstract:
A novel stand is provided for supporting reference manuals of the type comprising a loose leaf holder with a hook located intermediate its end. The stand features means for preventing the holders from moving side-to-side and means adapted to interlock with the hooks of the holders to secure the latter in place. As added features, a key-operated locking device may be provided to prevent removal of the holders from the stand and two wire "flyleafs" may be attached to the stand to support the pages of the attached manuals when they are opened.

Abstract:
A multi-ring loose-leaf binder which incorporates hooks adopted to detachably secure the binder to a horizontal bar of a suspension filing system, recessed into the top edges of its front and back covers. Abstract:
A novel loose-leaf holder is provided for binding documents such as a multi-leaf computer printout and mounting the same in a suspension-filing and/or storing system. The holder comprises a plastic body which is molded as an integral unit and comprises two side sections which are connected together by a hinge section so that they can be swung toward and away from one another, and document mounting posts carried by one side section and engageable by the other side section. Manually releasable locking means are provided for locking the two side sections together so as to captivate documents which are mounted on the binding posts.

Abstract:
A document holder or filing device comprising a rigid spine piece dimensioned to accommodate the spine of the binding of a book-like item to be filed, said spine piece having head and tail ends, and at least one finger at both head and tail ends dimensioned and movably disposed to engage the associated head and tail ends of the spine between themselves and the spine piece, first and second interlocking means so configured and disposed as to be engageable one with the other and, when engaged, prevent the further relative movement of the fingers and thereby maintain the book-like item captive within the holder, and resiliently distortable means biased so as to maintain said first and second interlocking means in engagement and manually distortable so as to permit the disengagement of the interlocking means and thereby the release of the binder from the document holder.
