Welcome to the beautiful beach areas of Maryland and Delaware! I began my career in 1997 working as a rental/sales agent. Although the bulk of my first year or two was in rentals I learned a first hand knowledge of many of the buildings and subdivisions in the area, specifically in Sea Colony in Bethany Beach, DE, a focal point of my business today. This was a rare and invaluable experience and has served me well in the years since. <br /> <br />A short time later I earned my Maryland license, went full time into sales and never looked back. Today I sell and list property anywhere from Berlin, MD to Rehoboth Beach, DE, the majority of my business being at the beaches of Ocean City, Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach. We are primarily a second home/investment property market but over the years as this small area has grown, I've worked with more and more first time home buyers. There's nothing more rewarding then selling someone their first home or better yet, their second as their families continue to grow. <br /> <br />As the real estate landscape continues to change I have adapted my business accordingly. At the height of the market I was selling exchange/investment properties. Today with the influx of distressed homes at least a third of my business is short sales and foreclosures. <br /> <br />Prior to real estate I was in outside sales and also bartended. These careers enabled me to deal with people from all walks of life regardless of income level, age, race, religion or any demographic whatsoever.
