Dr. David Korn is the Director of the Aventura Heart Center. He is a Board Certified Cardiologist and a Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialist practicing in south Florida since the 1970's. he is a graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Korn specializes in the Prevention of Heart Disease through early diagnosis and intervention. Dr. Korn has made Aventura Heart Center a unique health care center offering state of the art nuclear cardiac and stress thallium testing to effectively diagnose heart disease, ultrasound diagnostics and bone density testing in the office. He is one of the first to investigate women's experience with heart attacks, and how women's cardiac related experience differs from men. Dr. Korn also offers complete lipid treatment, arrhythmia detection and pacer evaluation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the College of Chest Physicians.
