I welcome clients who are struggling with a wide variety of personal, couple or family problems. My therapy is always collaborative, compassionate and non-judgmental. I will work with you to make therapy as brief and change-focused as possible. We will attend to building on your strengths and resources. I have extensive experience as a therapist. I have been a supervisor in a couple and family therapy training program for many years. I also worked in an outpatient mental health program for over 20 years, helping individuals, couples and families achieve desired changes.
