I provide both long-term and short-term psychotherapy, helping individuals, couples and families heal and build emotionally fulfilling relationships for life. I treat PTSD, depression, anxiety and chronic pain and other problems, and have trained in and practice Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, Family Systems Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis and Person-Centered Therapy.
