April 13, 2011 David was awarded the National Transcaer Task Group Chairman’s Award for 2010 based on his efforts in developing and implementing the nationwide Ammonia training program.
Presented in December 2002 EPA Region III’s Partnership Award in recognition of significant efforts towards emergency preparedness, prevention and response programs.
In April 2009, David was presented the Private Industry Award by the Philadelphia Fire Department’s Hazmat Task Force. This was awarded for significant contributions to the development and excellence of the Hazmat unit through training and other support.
September 29, 2009 - David Binder was presented with the Phila Fire Department’s Token Recipient Award. The award was presented for appreciation of Binder’s cooperation in fire prevention and safety as well as his continued support of the Philadelphia Fire Department.
