I am willing to honestly deal with my patients. We try to understand our patients goals by careful listening during consults. We avoid routine discussions by having patients watch customized movies online, so our "together time" is less an information dump, and much more interactive. The use of the videos allows patients to get to know me before they come in. Some people love me, some don't. I am pretty much what is on the movies. They should be titled, "what I do and how I do it". I am willing to be honest with patients, but try also to be a steward of my patients money. I offer my opinion, not just options. I bring a sense of humor to the practice
