Abstract:
A system that allows movement of information from a source network to a destination network, but prohibits movement of information from the destination network to the source network. A low-side network interface receives a request, and a low-side processor analyzes the request to determine whether it is allowable. A high-side processor denies all request and data from the destination network. In this manner, the high-side processor allows no information to flow from the destination network to the source network.

Abstract:
Systems and methods may enable first incident responder management and support. System and methods enabled by software may utilize communications networks and location based systems such as the Global Positioning System (GPS) to locate the incident and response units, and to relay and share critical incident management information for use by other emergency response operators associated with an emergency scene. Maps and icons may be accessed and utilized over devices in the field. Software modules enable a system operator to use maps and a selection of user interface objects such as custom icons symbolizing a list of responders (police, fire, rescue, military) called forward and may designate specific geographic positions for managing a crisis.

A self-hardened, high temperature-resistant, foamed composite is described. An alkali metal silicate-based matrix devoid of chemical water has dispersed therein inorganic particulates, organic particulates, or a mixture of inorganic and organic particulates, and is produced at ambient temperature by activating the silicates of an aqueous, air-entrained gel containing matrix-forming silicate, particulates, flyash, surfactant, and a pH-lowering and buffering agent.
