Darrin Pinkett earned his Real Estate license in 2003. Since then he has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top agents, brokers, and coaches to enhance his understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. Darrin enjoys taking a direct, hands-on approach with his clients and is well supported by the superb office staff and team at EXIT Realty “The Tri-State Group.” Knowledgeable in all aspects of Residential Real Estate, Darrin feels the most satisfaction when helping first time buyers achieve the American dream of home ownership. <br /> <br />Darrin is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) and Greater Philadelphia Associations of Realtors (GPAR), the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, and the Certified International Property Specialist network. Darrin is also a NAR certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist. <br /> <br />Darrin believes that education is paramount to exceeding his client’s expectations; to that end he has advanced his real estate education earning the Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Short-Sale and Foreclosure Resource and Certified Short-Sale Professional designations and has been accepted into the advanced Rea Estate bachelor’s degree program from Marylhurst University. Darrin has also completed the Advanced Individual Training Series with one of the Top 50 Realtors in the US. <br /> <br />Success in this business takes hard work and Darrin has had the honor of earning several awards in his career including the coveted Tabula Rasa award for outstanding dedication to service. <br /> <br />Having traveled to and lived in many parts of the world such as Italy, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela and Germany, he has a strong ability to relate to and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. An avid supporter and advocate of Habitat for Humanity, Darrin gives back to the community and is proud to say that since 2004 his real estate company has given over 1.5 million to this cause and built 10 Habitat Homes.
