Abstract:

A plug removal and/or installation system , which has a structural framework configured to support a removal assembly and that, allows approximately one axis motion of the removal device. The removal device is configured with a plug attachment device that is configured to pass through a lower framework structural opening. The structural framework is configured to movably self align so that the removal device exerts approximately a linear force on a plug along an approximately single axis parallel to a plug central axis.
