Dr. Danny Wood was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, but has been a La. resident for over thirty years. He graduated from LSU, Shreveport with a degree in medicine. A Pediatric Residency was then completed, also at LSU. He served as Chief Pediatric Resident in 1977-78. Dr. Wood joined the Clinic in 1997, after a successful practice in the Baton Rouge area. He has served as Medical Director of the Louisiana State Health Dept. and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Wood is board-certified with the American Board of Pediatrics.
