<br/>Hailing originally from Yorkshire, England, I emigrated to the United States at the age of 21 and have not looked back since. Having lived here for about ten years, I am now happily married with two young children and after originally "earning my ears" at Walt Disney World, I embarked into the Real Estate industry, initially with my own Property Management Company specializing in Vacation Rentals and then furthermore into Community Management. In the meantime, I have obtained my Florida Realtor, Sales Associate and Community Management credentials and my experiences have helped me to intricately understand the ins and outs of the Real Estate industry. In 2014, I opened a Real Estate Brokerage where now I hope all of my past experience and customer service orientated mentality can be useful to the public.<br/><br/>My specialities would certainly lie in finding second homes for the everyday family but I can also help you restore your home and in addition, have experience in the rental market also. A Yorkshireman who emigrated to the United States in 2004, I am now a Real Estate Broker, Property Manager and Community Manager. My experience stretches back to customer service related roles at Tesco UK and then Walt Disney World, where I was a participant in the International Program as a "Merchantainer". Though the role was not complicated in itself, I was very fortunate to be in the company of some very fine people from all walks of nationality and creeds and was able to experience some very good times (and a few bad ones) which helped me grow and toughen up.<br /><br />In 2005, I opened a Property Management firm specializing in Vacation Home Rentals in conjunction with my family, working with guests and second home owners alike. I then obtained my RE license in 2009 and became a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. Though not very active, I was associated with Weichert-Hallmark Properties for two years before seeking pastures new.<br /><br />I became a licensed Community Association Manager in '11, heavily involved in the recovery and rejuvenation of an 184 unit community in distress handling various landlord-tenant issues, legal matters, improving the aesthetics of the community itself and of course fighting vigorously to protect the interests of the Association. The same development is now in good standing to the tune of 90% with its members, approximately 150% in improvement in a little over two years. <br /><br />I was fortunate to move into Real Estate with VR Universal Realty acquiring experience primarily with investors seeking income producing properties though I have worked with several sellers also. My brokerage, Evergreen Real Estate Services, was opened in January of 2014.<br /><br />Outside of work, I am a father to two, a husband and have several hobbies. I try to be a mentor and a good friend to those I associate with professionally as I have come to appreciate the value of being treated as a person and not merely a number.
