Working at USSynthetic gave me the chance to interface with Craig Gygi (author of Six Sigma for Dummies, owner of CKGygi LLC) and work with him to train as a Six Sigma Black Belt. This training was excellent in that I was able to apply principles to many work problems and use statistical tools and methods to identify root cause and develop effective solutions.
