One of the things I enjoy doing more than anything is helping people, particularily in their careers. I obviously was helped at one time or another and I always look for oppportunities to pay it forward.
I thrive on change and difficult business challenges with winning results, in particular growth in both marketshare and EBITA. which to me are everything. I really love being the underdog in a market situation and growing the business.
It's difficult to end up working in a profession that is your biggest thrill but it has happened to me. I have interestest outside of business obviously, in particular my 5 kids but but since my first day working for a Fortune 500 (at 17), I knew what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.
