My primary focus in real estate is to help my customer find the right property for them. I am like a trained search dog to sniff out the best deal and property. Although my love is small investment properties & renovation and rehab I enjoy working with a second home buyer new to the area.<br /><br />My focus is the "engineer the deal" to best suit my customer because there is always more than one way to achieve a goal. Persistence and patience will pay off with a dash of calculated risk. <br /><br />I am creative and see opportunity where cannot. My long term goal is to be a real estate developer and bring some fresh new and exciting properties to the market. Short term I stay focused on learning what is about to happen in my area.
