Dr. Polatsch is a board certified, fellowship trained hand and upper extremity surgeon. He is the program director for the Beth Israel Hand Surgery Orthopaedic Fellowship Program. He truly is a conservative hand surgeon who will always try non-operative treatment as the first option whenever possible. He is highly committed to teaching and research and has published extensively on various disorders of the hand and upper-extremity.
