I started my real estate career in 1999 and quickly began working<br />with large developers on very exciting condo conversions in the<br />Boston Area. My involvement with these projects started with preconstruction<br />sales, in some instances selling the project from floor<br />plans and walking clients through raw spaces. This experience<br />gave me great insight to the construction process, codes, building<br />inspectors and all the bumps in the road that come along with new<br />and rehab spaces. I have a degree in interior design and a under<br />grad degree in Architecture that I have found to be helpful in un-­<br />derstanding all these elements as well as being able to help buyers<br />envision space that is either not finished or not furnished.<br /><br />I have had the pleasure through my 14 years in the business to work with buyers and sellers in all price ranges and areas in the Metro-Boston and Cambridge areas.
