I am the Owner and Broker of GreenHome Realty, LLC a residential brokerage and property redevelopment firm: I am a Buyers Agent and a Sellers Agent, and also work with developers of, and renovate myself, homes to Energy Star standards. I worked with Coldwell Banker in Arlington for over 12 years. I left CBRB and started GreenHome Realty, LLC because I could better serve my clients without the restrictions of a national company.<br /> <br />I can now be more flexible in Commission Rates (3% if I list your property and bring in the buyers; 5% if a broker from another office brings the buyers)...I couldn't do this at CBRB. <br /><br />I have been able to establish a relationship with a local law office--the Vining Law Office in Somerville to save my clients with closing costs...the Purchase and Sale is now no-cost to my clients...I couldn't do this at CBRB.<br /><br />And at CBRB I was already responsible for the internet marketing of my properties above and beyond what CBRB does with the MLS...to which all Brokers subscribe anyway. I place my listings all over the web on Zillow, Trulia, HomeGain and many more sites. I put FloorPlansOnline links on my listings which gives my sellers state-of-the-art software enhance photos, floor plans with camera icons that viewers use to navigate the floor plans and a very fun furniture planner so viewers can see how their furniture fits.<br /><br />Founding GreenHome has been a very satisfying experience...I can now give more value to my clients.
