Medical Family Therapy: I assist individuals/families coping with chronic medical and mental health issues. Trauma/PTSD: Individuals, learn relaxation, tame past traumas to discover strengths, defeat fear, move towards thriving. Couples/Families: benefit by understanding their relationship patterns, finding new ways to interact that fit their cultural and intimacy styles.
