I have been a licensed real estate broker for 4 years. Prior to working as a broker I have and currently manage a construction company focusing on land development and residential building. I have been managing for 25 years and when the market took a turn and slowed down a bit I decided to merge into the selling side of the real estate field because I have extensive background in residential building / land development and I love working with people. I enjoy working with people and I love when a deal comes together. I love watching the thrill when a family have just purchased their first home. Its a wonderful feeling when you see the excitement in their eyes. The children are so excited and the parents are so happy to have been able to provide a wonderful home for their family, its a great feeling and that's why I am successful..because I love what I do. I've made a lot of friends and have met some really interesting people along the way.
