My personal healing philosophy is to live mindfully and allow for an exploration of personal passions and optimal health. I enjoy applying the naturopathic model in a primary care setting to help individuals meet a variety of health related goals. I work clinically to help people understand the process of their ailments, and provide relief of symptoms while we explore the cause of dysfunction. I use a broad spectrum of therapies to aid in the restoration of health - from nutritional counseling to botanical and nutraceutical formulations. I engage patients in their care, meeting them where they are ready to begin.
