Worked in Leon County School system providing full time OT contract services to about 54 various disabled children. Full evaluations, progress reports via report cards, and daily treatment were part of my daily regimen. Have worked PRN in various SNF's Rehab. Have worked full time at Marshall Health & Rehab. Facility in Perry Florida and as a full time -PRN OTR for Salus and full time employee for Lavie Rehab at Marshall Health and Rehab Center. Worked in this skilled nursing care facility and completed Full evaluations, Recertification's, and Progress notes daily. OT treatments provided daily to rehabilitation patients and nursing home residents. Occupational Therapy Consulting services provided to residents of Georgia facilities for developmental disabilities include but are not limited to full evaluations; program reviews; screening; monitoring of dining programs; assessment and written mealtime procedures; ordering of adaptive/orthotic devices for dining or positioning; active participation in on-site wheelchair design and fabrication clinics with Assistive Technology Suppliers; progress notes, attendance to patient staffing; attendance to in-service training; and required administrative meetings. Have work experience with deveopmental disabilities/profound handicapps, and Autism.. Have managed and directed Certified OT Assistants in treatment planning.
