Colleen joins Sotheby's International Realty with over 15 years of experience in the residential real estate market. As a native to Osterville, she has seen the transformations in Osterville and the surrounding villages that make them truly special. Colleen lives in Centerville with her husband, a local builder, and their two children. Colleen has found that raising a family on Cape Cod has brought her full circle in her appreciation of Cape Cod and its many treasures, whether a boat ride on North Bay or a peaceful winter walk on Long Beach.<br /><br />Colleen graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Colleen is a member of the Cape Cod and Island Multiple Listing Service, the National Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. She also has a strong background in residential real estate appraisals.<br /><br />Colleen enjoys giving back to the community and volunteers to coach the Saint Francis Xavier Preparatory School tennis team, which is extremely rewarding. She loves teaching and seeing the kids work together as a team.<br /><br />Colleen finds it very rewarding to share her local knowledge and expertise in real estate.
